Jason, I’m glad to see that you’re on the BBB board. You did some work for us because of another business’ mistake. I took it up with the BBB to no avail because the business owner lied and said he didn’t do plumbing. I’m writing because I think BBB’s procedures favor businesses, at least they certainly did in my case. If BBB is to be ethecially neutral, that needs to change. I a consumer has a complaint against a business it should go in the database not be disallowed because the business person lies. When the consumer and business disagree, both should have a right for their position to be made part of a publically available database.
