Here at Green Clean, we take cleaning very seriously – it’s in our very name. Since 1996, we’ve been working hard to provide a peerless standard of cleaning that’s both safe and effective, which is why we’ve been hypersensitive in our response to COVID-19.
From the very beginning, we have kept a close watch on the constant updates from the CDC and OSHA, and have gone to numerous training sessions through the IICRC, RIA and CIRI for a proper education on disinfecting and protecting ourselves against COVID-19. Because of this, we have been altering our ways to continue operating with care and extreme caution with every development concerning COVID-19 to keep both our customers and employees safe and healthy.
That being said, we thought it was time to update you, our customer, on how we’re handling the current COVID-19 situation.
Even before COVID-19 became a pandemic and a serious concern for Americans, we have prioritized the safety of our employees and customers. After all, you trust us to come in to your home to carry out both routine and extraordinary services, whether that be carpet cleaning or emergency water and fire services.
We’ve carried that concern even further by ensuring our employees continue to practice social distancing and stay home if they are feeling under the weather. If an employee feels sick or shows any of the symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they have the ability to stay home without suffering any penalties.
Prior to responding to a job, customers are sent a COVID-19 survey to ensure everyone at the site is healthy to reduce the risk of our employees being exposed to the virus, and to help us track it in the case that they are exposed.
In addition to these precautionary measures, we have chosen to make it company policy to wear masks and other PPE for the safety of both our employees and customers. We have also implemented a daily questionnaire to ensure our employees are practicing safe habits both at work and at home.
Though restrictions for businesses have relaxed over the past few weeks, we have decided to continue these measures, not because we have to but because we want to. Our priority here at Green Clean has and always will be to offer safe, reliable services, and we believe this is the best way to go about it as long as COVID-19 remains a serious concern.
